This is Kyle Hupfer, director of Indiana’s Department of Natural Resources. The Emerald Ash Borer is an invasive insect that is killing Ash trees in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. You can help stop the spread of this destructive insect by not moving firewood. To highlight this threat, Governor Daniels has proclaimed May 21st through 27th as Emerald Ash Borer Awareness Week in Indiana. For more information, please visit www.EmeraldAshBorer.info.
