As gasoline prices continue to reach all-time highs, many of us are reevaluating our finances, especially as they relate to our driving habits. Some of us are considering carpooling, and combining several errands into one trip. Still others are using public transit options more and more frequently. That's music to our ears at TxDOT, where we play a big role in making sure that public transit through agencies such as the East Texas Council of Governments, or ETCOG, keeps rolling.
